We know each person, office and construction cleans all have different needs. We are here to listen to those individual needs and get your perfect clean done just right for you!

How often should I get a clean?

Steadfast provides regular cleans on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly bases.
We also offer special cleans which include move in/ move out cleans, special occasion cleans, deep cleans and also cleans for customers that just need a little extra help.
Our most popular cleans are our weekly and bi-weekly cleans.

Do I need to provide anything for my cleans?

We do not require anything for our cleans. We are a completely self sufficient cleaning company and will provided our own cleaning products for each individual clean

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?

We are fully aware of how precious your time is and how it is spent with such a hectic schedule. We do not require for you to be there for the cleans but of course we are not opposed to our customers being there while we work.
If you are not going to be home we will make arrangements in our initial meet for a key exchange, alarm code or any access for entry.
All information is kept confidential to our highly trained and trusted team leaders only!

What if your cleaners damage my home?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy!!
Each and every employee is fully insured and bonded.
In the unfortunate event of a breakage or any damage we will replace or fix as swiftly as possible.

What happens if I need to reschedule my cleaning appointment?

Steadfast is here to accommodate to your schedule. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to guarantee a reschedule of your appointment. We work to the best of our ability to keep our customers satisfied.
We know that life sometimes happens, that is why we do weekly schedule confirmations to try and avoid any complications of scheduling.
If you need to reschedule just give us a call, text or email and we will reschedule to your convenience!

What if my clean falls on a holiday?

We do our scheduling a month in advance,  you will be provided with 1 months notice of any schedule changes. We will make sure that you are satisfied with the changes and work around your schedule to do so!
